All products bought from Pauna Studios are for personal use of the customer ONLY. Any other use is prohibited.
A maximum of 5 per print is allowed. Please contact if you need more of the same print along with a reason. Otherwise your order will be cancelled/refunded. This is to try and prevent unauthorized resale of products.
How are prints made?
I print all art prints at my little studio using an art printer, archival inks and 45 lb / 170 gsm matte paper.
Art prints come in sizes of 5x7 inches, 4x6 inches and 85x55 mm.
I manually cut each print and offer 2 corner finishes, squared or rounded.
All prints have the Pauna Studios logo printed on the front of each print.
How do I order a print?
-Select the artwork from available prints
-Choose the size of print you want
-Select either Square Corners or Rounded Corners based on your preferred trim
-Select either Square Corners or Rounded Corners based on your preferred trim
-Select the desired quantity of the print and click add to basket.
What does your order turnaround look like?
-All orders will be processed within 3-5 BUSINESS days from when the order was placed.
-This processing time accounts for preparing, packing and dropping off your order at the post office.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated based on the weight and size of the package of each order. The courier I use currently is Canada Post.
-Shipping times & Delivery Dates are NOT guaranteed.
-Tracking is currently not available for any orders.
-Shipping & Delivery is out of my control as soon as I drop off your package at the post office.

Unfortunately at this time all sales are final. If an item arrives damaged please take a picture and contact us through the contact option for the shop.

For the message please make sure to include "Damaged Item" at the top and include your name, order number, and a brief summary of the issue with the product. After I receive the message I will contact you through the email you provide in the form, and I will ask you to send pictures of the damaged item. Response times on emails are 1 to 3 business days.
